Through my relationship with AIGA, I have met several designers I have admired over the years, like Mirko Ilic and Milton Glaser, via our chapter events, and also being able to visit them in their offices. Another facet of the events is that it also gives me a chance to meet new designers who I may not have heard of yet but who are making work worthy of becoming a new hero, for myself and others…
